LETA Group’s investment philosophy is based on the following principles:
- investments are intended for long-term business development necessary for realization of the entire investment potential;
- application of updated corporate management methods;
- investments are not only for shareholders’ benefit, but also for the benefit of partners, employees, Russian customers, economy and society in general;
- investments are allocated to the companies being leaders in the spheres where they carry out their activities. These companies should possess the following features:

- IT technologies that cannot be imitated in a short-term perspective
- IT competences that cannot be imitated in a short-term perspective
- one of the five top in their sphere or potential member of the top five in the near-term perspective;
- decisions are taken on the basis of thorough knowledge and all-round market comprehension. In order to estimate the level of potential investments, LETA Group developed unique methods for analysis both of the companies themselves and their market standing, and various segments of IT market;
- a possibility of synergetic effect in joint projects is always taken into consideration;
- LETA Group controls the companies on its own or together with minority partners;
- the LETA Group companies are independent economic entities with a wide range of powers.
